So I called and spoke to a manager, who was very rude, seemed unconcerned and was not very apologetic even though she did replace my pizzas in a timely manner, the slices were still mostly bread. The next day a manager by the name of Katherine, called ask why was my experience so terrible. She quickly assured and apologized that this will not be a problem anymore. She was very professional and I really appreciate her making the effort to even call, that is what customer service is about!!!! ”
